Right. Great how do I pentest audit or check if there's a logic bomb? I've had a few more clues like my screen clipper randomly opening.

Not really used to dealing with unwanted guests, any help with cleaning house would be appreciated.

I was looking at this, not sure if anyone would be interested in an "enterprise" version of puppy, seeing that the scope could get way out of hand. I conducted a thought experiment to build a client with matching servers for work flow and business management like Postbooks for ERM/Accounti...

That is very close, but from my perspective, I'm thinking in terms of RAID 1 vs RAID0, as far as computational performance. The PC's would replicate a session.

Singularity Puppy

All, Just wanted to run down a thought experiment with you guys, I'm a bit inspired by the Ubuntu concept of convergence and wanted to discuss an idea. Namely, what I was thinking about was a single session that ran in tangent across several PCs at the same time, each with the same os, sharing that ...

Quick Pet Suggestions

Philb, running into a firefox flash support'ism. Do you think you can add PepperFlash for firefox to quickpet? There's an SFS out there on the forums that has the supported chromium but the plugin needs wrapping for firefox. Food for thought.

Questions about the Ram Drive

Team, I have a question on the RAM drive for Puppy Linux. Mostly, I'm interested in what exactly is contained in it. For instance: Right now I'm running Tahr Puppy, great! All of the built-in aps via the .SFS are loaded in RAM at boot and run nice and fast. What I'm getting at is when I remaster wit...

Don't get me wrong. #! was great. I just didn't like it. It was very tied in with Google services, which made it feel corporate. I believe in the Linux Libre ethos and do not believe my OS should be integrated with big data. Also, there was nothing special about it, it's a stripped down Debian using...

Return to Puppy

All,

Just wanted to say that I left Puppy for a while to use #! Linux, but it was sooo boring. Anyways, I saw that Tahr Puppy came out and I had to have it immediately. So, I'm back, it's like seeing an old friend again.
