Hi,
You could try using Kodi, there are several repo's there that have the UK TV channels. I am not sure if they are legal.

Try a pressure cooker.
A giant version is what hospitals use (Autoclave)
It will be much more effective than trying dry heat if you have to sterilize anything.

We have a tap in the church hall which is foot operated, I don't know how old it is. Stamp on it for on, and again for off.
I am sure we had similar ones in some places in the hospital where I worked a long time ago. I don't know if they are still available or used.

[quote="RedQuine"][quote="wiak"][quote="watchdog"] Re smartphones v laptops: older versions of Android become obsolete and can be difficult or impossible to upgrade, especially on low-end devices. I've already "lost" devices that way, and would be wary about d...

The trouble with new printers is the cartridges are special and contain reduced amounts of ink I can mostly print in B/W, and bought a cheap Brother laser printer. It cost less than the black ink for the HP and lasts 20 times as long; generic toner is about the same as an inkjet cartridge. JB I rece...

I have a 100s.
I gave up on trying to install or boot Puppy; I ended picking up an i3 Acer with a dead hard drive for $60. with the same size screen.
No problems in running any Puppy on that.
I will have another go at the 100s, it'snot a bad laptop for it's size.

It is easy to have all needed software for a computer, if the operating system is already installed on the computer. If you have ever installed Windows on a freshly built computer. You would not think Windows was that good at hardware support. Last time I did that with Windows 10. It took 2 hours a...

I gave up on it.
I don't know why, but it insisted on reducing anything I copied from emails from 10 point to 6 point with a different font.
I could set it up as I wanted on the monitor, but when I printed it was wrong.
