Installed patch 2 and patch 3 and rebooted. No change. Dillo, updating package lists and gFTP all still fail to connect. Right click Wbar and it will refresh background.

I would prefer there were no save files in any beta tests, but it is up to you, it just makes it more difficult to gauge problems in new versions, if you are carrying over customizations and other software changes.
