There's one little thing: When I upgraded to Firefox 8.0.1 and installed adobe flash 11, then the browser hangs on connecting to web pages. I used the fix that requires moving the file 'libnss3.so' from the Firefox fold...

I installed 528.004 on flash stick and every thing works fine. The sound problem is gone. I installed a lot of heavy programs including Google Earth and Stellarium. my custom icons. including ttuuxx's Deep thought. Also sinobars Japanese Fonts. For an example of his fonts, go to the Waikiki web site...

I'm using an IBM R52 Laptop and I've had sound
problems like Sylvander.
I down loaded and installed 'test 2, 528X' and it's
working great.
I use JWN and the 'speaker icon' stays between the
green save space, icon and the red CPU, icon.

I've been using it for 3 days, now.
It's working great.

It installs and operates fine on other Puppies but not on luci230.
I'm running 5.1.1 now with Java.

Cannot get JAVA to work on LUCI 230. It works OK on other Puppies.

The ABI fix prevents me from adding new words to the ABI word
dictionary.
Also, the JWM tray managment does not let me use the "tray autohide"
option.
Version 4.2 no bling works perfect.

But 4.2 needs Driver.
