nop 412 to 413 upgrade desktop problem
I'm loving nop, just having a small problem with the desktop though. Since upgrading from 412 to 413 the desktop doesn't render properly at startup, it's all black until I open and close windows then the background shows up but no icons. right-click windows also doesn't work.
