I have a thinkpad x220. I would like a puplet that will let me suspend the laptop and not have to shut it down and power it up again during the day.

tahr 6.0.2
I read on this forum about some of the fixes that have been done .tar files. Also, someone else suggested that enough fixes have been issued that a 6.1 version would be good, since not all users know their way around linux. Never mind. I will just keep using it as long as I can. I will learn about ....

when is 6.1 released?
I don't know how to open tar file and how to cover over old file. If I am not having any problems, can I just leave it as it is without the tar files?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thank you
Being a moderate linux user, I have no idea about code, etc., so I don't really know what I was asking.
The ubuntu MATE for PPC seems to work fine, if slow.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question, I appreciate it. Mary

How to use Precise desktop icons on Slacko? (Solved)
If this is not legal, please ignore it.
I would like to copy the desktop icons from the latest precise puppy to the latest Slacko. Is there a place where the icon sets are kept?

Hi, I have Slacko 5.5 installed with everything I need except a solitaire card game. I would like one that is a pet package, rather than using wine.
Does anyone know of one?
Thanks, Mary
