I have alll of images (wallpapers, logos) up already and about 80% of all pets, will link to the folde...

Speaking of translations I accidentally came by english translations for lyrics of an old iconic Serbian rock band. I had to share. so you can at least catch a glimpse of their brilliance. EKV - Ti si sav moj bol <-- Music EKV - You're all of my pain <-- Lyrics If you like this there are other trans...

Just an idea, how about using xdg-open instead rox?
Would the resulting behavior stay the same?

EDIT: Just tried the new version and big images are now scaled down and small images stay normal, that's awesome!

BIG-files will load slowly and if big enough crash the gui.
Use head to load only x lines of text files for preview?
Like, top 100?

For bigger images maybe adding scrollbars for start? AFAIK pixmap doesn't support scrollbars hmm, maybe not by itself, but after wraping it in hbox it's possible: <hbox scrollable="true" hscrollbar-policy="1" vscrollbar-policy="1"> <pixmap... ...</pixmap></hbox> But th...

I see how this can be usefull, nice script. I might add some stuff. Works on dpup 487, I don't have the "pkill" command here though. For bigger images maybe adding scrollbars for start? This could be solved with some external programs which would check for image dimensions first but it's a...

I was quite active in that channel for some time, back when I was more active on forums too and more familiar with current puppy projects. After I stuck using specific puplet and when puppy split into a lot of different branches it was harder for me to help users but it was a good way of communicati...

I think the anon in question sees puppy differently then most users on this forum. This is a common misconception about puppy through the years that because of it's small file size/way of work it's intended as a backup/thin client/pocket OS and it certainly can be that for some, but for many dedicat...

Well, that wouldn't be hard I guess, I already have script that do it when making packages from compiled binaries. But isn't there an option when installing packages through petget to trim the fat also? There was at least in some ppm versions.

EDIT: I'm thinking about separating bin/nls/doc/dev

I think that the best indicator of puppy usage is how active this very forum is. You see there are still many puplets actively worked on and users interacting all the time, many new threads opened daily... so don't worry about that, you won't get nearly correct result of this poll but there are more...

Real funny Sailor  There were attempts to put together a usefull wiki site, but in the current state I don't think anyone would do it. I do think that forum is very usefull though and if you can't find what's relevant to your problem/puppy version just make another thread and ask, 'cause that's...

I believe you can just go to the "Help Menu" then "About Firefox" window and there will be an update button showing.
