Sorry I always forget to say my install type. Anyway /var/log/Xorg.0.log is blank and now Xvesa does not work. :( I get this on startup with Xorg and Xvesa: This script will run X windows for you... Starting X, specs in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, startup apps /root/.xinitrc... Exited from X. Type &q...

Xorg died?
So I installed Wine on my puppy (4.1.2) and wanted to run sim city 3000. After the installation I run it and get an error saying that OpenGL failed to initialize. After a little bit of googling this forum I figured out that OpenGL is included in xorg_xorg_dir_7.3 (something like that) which I instal...

Now I have another problem. I have a list with many doubles in it, I wish to get rid of these doubles. If I try this code: for num:int in num_list if num not in finished_num_list finished_num_list.add(num) I get this error: test.gs:16.18-16.20: error: syntax error, expected end of line but got `!' w...

Thanks I'll take a look at it. But now when I try to compile my program I get this error message: test.gs:5.22-5.36: error: The name `Gee' does not exist in the context of `main' var my_list = new list of int My guess says that is caused by an error with Genie and Geelib. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I feel no regret eating meat. (maybe it's because I'm from the middle of beef country) Thanks to the Humane Slaughter Act animals must be quickly stuned before slaughter. A 300 volt 2 amp shock is used to stun cattle which then have major blood veins cut, effectivly bleeding them to death without an...

No need to use a registry cleaner! Registrys full of crap are caused by programs not being compleatly uninstalled (at least that's the main reason). Puppys package manager controlls the install/uninstall of programs so when you remove a package everything is removed with it. Is there anything specif...

Yeah I'll look into Bash and GTK at some point, right now I'm just doing some prototypeing. As for the catagorizing the flash games, they would have to be user categorized so some kind of drag and drop to a box thing? Or should I use tags? I could have a file explorer icon thing that displayed the f...
